Fuz-Zs

When Doctor Zane decided to take revenge upon Acmetropolis, he discovered the Fuz-Zs, delightful little critters that appeared when the meteor hit Acmetropolis (they probably came from a fissure in the ground). After a few experiments, Zane made it so that whenever a Fuz-Z had a bit of chocolate, it would transform into a horrible, spider-like beast (this happened to ZoZo and Wonderfluff, Lexi and Duck's Fuz-Zs, respectively).

The Loonatics returned the Fuz-Zs to their home and all goes well… All of the adorable fuzz balls are voiced by Steve Blum.

Misty Breeze

Misty Breeze…Danger Duck's dream girl. She is a famous celebrity weather girl with an arrogant and snobbish attitude (not that someone like Duck would notice), blue (probably dyed) hair, an international fan club, and the perfect demeanor for hosting her own show.

Misty was nearly captured by one of her assistant weathergirls, Paula Haze, who later became the infamous Weathervane. She was catapulted over to a dish the Loonatics were repairing, and fell right into Duck's arms.

Like Zadavia, Misty Breeze is played by Candi Milo.

Mr. Leghorn

Mr. Leghorn is the owner of the Worldrome, the place where apparently all of the basherball games are played. He is also the official president of the Mondo Bowl. Massive tried to steal the Mondo Bowl trophy, but the Loonatics stopped him and saved the Mondo Bowl's (and Leghorn's) reputation.

Mr. Leghorn is a humanized version of Foghorn Leghorn (so sources say—I haven't seen LT in a long time). He is voiced by Bill Farmer.

Dr. Fidel Chroniker

Doctor Fidel Chroniker is the grandfather of Arthur “Time Skip” Chroniker, who was messing around with his grandfather's time machine and gained the ability to manipulate time. Knowing what was best for the common good, Dr. Chroniker helped the Loonatics defeat and send his grandson to the Acmetropolis Maximum Security Subterranean Prison.

Dr. Chroniker is voiced by Jeff Bennett. (Side note: Tech greatly respects Dr. Chroniker's achievements in the field of time manipulation, so you have to guess he's pretty smart.)

Gorlop

Gorlop of Gossamer is the first new non-villainous character of the second season, and a welcome addition to these archives (I think…). He was forced to fight in Pierre LePew's Max Arena until he fought Slam. Slam and the other Loonatics defeated LePew and returned Gorlop back home to Gossamer.

Gorlop is an energy-eater. He gains mass whenever someone tries to use energy or attack him otherwise. He loses his mass whenever he exerts force but nothing reacts back. He's actually small, and very red (and such cute sneakers! ^^). Gorlop is supposed to be the descendant of Gossamer, but has only had a cameo appearance—he hasn't spoken to us yet.

the Royal Tweetums

The Royal Tweetums is the heir to the throne of the planet Blanc. He was almost done in by Sylth Vester and Queen Grannicus, but Ace, Duck, and Slam helped get the bird out of a number of sticky situations.

Tweetums regained control of planet Blanc, knighted Duck (who got a bunch of lumps on his head in the process), and by safely returning to Blanc, he averted an intergalatic war. Not bad for someone only 3½ old.
